'Horse and Rider' Magazine published 4 page articles in both October and November '09 issues of the magazine. 'Your Horse' have also featured the courses more recently. Participants feedback that the course is a great help with their riding enjoyment. The next course date tba, so get in touch for details. annie@taichiwisdom.com There are also courses in Monmouthshire. Get in touch for details. Autumn 2010 saw us at Stonleigh giving presentations for 'Your Horse, Live Event' in the 'Improve your Riding Zone' and Spring 2011, workshops for the BHS as part of CPD for Riding Instructors. All of these courses are in collaberation with Sally Tottle of Bodysenseuk. Tai Chi principles applied to riding, work wonders in improving connection with the horse through deeper personal connectedness of the rider. When at Badgeworth, Sally works with you on the 'mechanical horse' and riding in the arena in the afternoon to test the principles in action with close guidance. These enjoyable and informative courses open up new riding possibilities. Contact Annie for more details or to reserve a place. annie@taichiwisdom.com DAY WORKSHOPS: INTRODUCTION TO TAI CHI For those unable to join a weekly class this is the option of a Day Workshop with follow up supportive days. This would be suitable for beginners and people with some experience may also be interested. Over the years I have heard from many people who are unable to commit to a weekly class but like learning in a group, as opposed to the One to One tuition option. For this reason I suggest you consider this Day Workshop. You will have the chance to delve into the quiet of the practice, learn skills to assist your life and know there is the option of further day workshops to support your learning. Contact Annie for further details. annie@taichiwisdom.com
